The post-money SAFE forms are published by Y Combinator under CC BY-ND 4.0. This site does not reproduce or generate them; it links YC's official forms and YC's own Send a SAFE tool. Clauseworthy is not affiliated with Y Combinator.

Market figures

Figures from Common Paper's benchmark reports and from Carta's published SAFE data are cited with a link and a date on the page that uses them. A figure read from a chart is marked approximate, and a sentence quoted from a report is in quotation marks with its source. Their charts, tables and reports are not reproduced.

Statutes

The non-compete pages summarise and cite state statutes and federal notices, each linked to its official source.
